Find a professional stress coach and take part in a workshop (brainstorm­ing) to develop a stress management strategy that is right for you.

Stress management can begin in three areas:

  1. in our environment by reducing external factors that can trigger stress responses
  2. in ourselves, by trying to reduce our stress-generating behaviors and learning new ways of deal­ing with demands
  3. in our physical responses by eliminating tension, e.g. with physical activity and / or by relaxing with breathing or relaxation exercises.
