Walking for endurance

Train your overall endurance by spending 20 to 30 minutes a day walking out in the open at moderate intensity.
A quick walk out in the open and in the fresh air during the day increases your overall endurance. And on a daily basis. What is important is endurance.
Any physical activity is of moderate intensity where you feel slightly out of breath, but do not necessarily sweat. Many leisure, everyday or sporting activities are of moderate intensity.
The perceived intensity of an activity is very personal and varies depending on the type of movement and the individual.
