Move for 30 minutes a day in the form of everyday activities or sports of at least moderate intensity.

The term movement includes activities, such as a target-oriented walking to the train station, climbing stairs, simple gardening or taking the bike to work, which makes for a total of 2.5 hours of exercise a week at moderate intensity.

Any physical activity is of moderate intensity where you feel slightly out of breath, but do not necessarily sweat.

The perceived intensity of an activity is very personal and varies depending on the type of movement and the individual.
