Start a form of exercise you enjoy today.

Exercise regularly (indoors or outdoors).
Exercise and keeping active have positive physical and psychological effects.
The basic recommendation for health-enhancing physical activity is 2.5 hours per week of moderate intensity. Exercise should be spread across the whole week.
Exercising means you will already have covered a small part of the recommended time.
