05 Aug Fixed times
Every day plan some fixed times into your day to perform your exercises. e.g. always after you get up, before or after lunch, after work or before bedtime.
Behavior changes are a long and often difficult process, where relapses into old patterns of behavior can also occur.
Programs for the promotion of health through physical activity and sports should reflect the complexity of this situation. The path to greater movement is supported by the fact that barriers are removed, positive expectations are emphasized and confidence is strengthened.
If an active transition into the evening is unsuccessful, you should schedule fixed times into your days, in order to facilitate an automatic integration of these movement activities into your daily life.
