Talk to your supervisor about sup­port and regular feedback.

Feedback is a form of discussion for telling others something about how I see them and to learn how others see me. Feedback, therefore, consists of two components, namely the feed­back giving and feedback receiving.

However, it is no easy matter to give or receive feedback.

Good feedback always refers to helpful as well as irritating forms of behavior. The positive effects of feedback are to correct irritating behaviors and to make collaboration more effective.
