Eat something healthy for lunch and deliberately eat slowly (at least 20 minutes) and enjoy it.
Our world today is hectic. Life is shaped by work, deadlines, stress and time pressure. We eat while standing in the subway, driving, walking, while we work and watching TV. Often we wolf down our food
Even if it is something healthy, it is thereby turned into fast food
To eat slowly means:

- more health
- better taste
- more enjoyment and
